Due to the large amount of orders, and out of manpower in the meantime of moving office, we have stopped our e-news for quite a while already. We are very sorry about that if any inconvenience been made.

Lolita Clothing Shopping GuideLines (04/10 Updated)

Lolita Clothes Shopping Service Terms and Conditions:

Please read and agree the terms and conditions before you decided to put an order.

1. All clothing are manufactured and shipped from China.

2. Qutieland is the dealer of the brands. But we did not owe or keep the clothing.

3. All of the price are marked at Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Any money send by PayPal to us got to follow this currency.

4. Please check the size of clothing carefully and provide a correct "Body Size" to us before you place order. NO EXCHANGE or REFUND if you found the size not fit after you received the clothes.
Lace and Ribbon on the order to make items may be difference due to seasonal change. And due to different monitor setting and photos contrast, the product color tone may be slightly difference with the photos showed on our page. NO EXCHANGE or REFUND can be requested under the above reasons.

5. Please provide detail information, Receiver Name, Full Address & Contact Phone no. for the clothes delivery. It is essential to send us the valid contact phone no. as some Postage Department refused to deliver the parcel due to “No Phone Number” provided.
We would only follow the contact information (e.g. address) provided by buyer from e-mail to work on the postage. No other source (address on PayPal) would be adopted.

6. From the past experience, several countries may apply “IMPORT TAX” on import items (e.g. Chile). We would always mark down the item price to avoid the “IMPORT TAX”.
However incase the local custom did hold the items on taxation issue, we can just provide as much of help as possible to resolve the issue. You got to take the risk of extra expenses on tax under this situation and we won’t take the responsibility under this issue.
If you would like to put certain amount of item price on the parcel, please let us know ASAP. Any information that can help on yours local “IMPORT TAX” calculation would be help if you can provide us.

Although that's rare, in case the parcel lost on the way shipping to the customer, the EMS (or other courier company) will do compensation according to the item price which marked on the parcel. Under the above situation, the customers got to take the risk by themselves on mark down item price on the parcel but can't get back full compensation incase parcel lost, or mark the parcel as original price, but getting the chance on import tax. If we didn't get the notice from the customer when placing order, we will assume that's necessary to make down the item price unless further notice from the customers.

7. We would not take the responsibility on any damages during transportation. If there are any issues after received the clothes, we would try out best to deal with seller to find the best way to resolve that. But refund is impossible.

8. The above terms and conditions may change without any further notice.

No extra service charge would be applied no matter which kind of transaction (credit card or fund transfer)

2. Bank Transfer
This payment method would only available to Australian. (Please e-mail us to be confirmed)

3. Western Union
(Please e-mail us to be confirmed)

Shipping Method:

1. All items will ship by EMS / DHL.
Tracking number would be provided to the buyer after the parcel did send out. The parcel can be tracked by the tracking no. from the following web site.
www.ems.com.cn

2. In certain situation (depends on countries and location), the parcel may transfer from EMS service to local couriers after arrived the countries. The delivery time may be bit longer than usual.
That would be announced to the buyers under this situation.

The total would be price of the clothing + postage

First 500g $171 HKD (Appr. $22 USD),

every 500g after $48 HKD (Appr. $6 USD)

To Australia:
First 500g $151 HKD (Appr. $19 USD),

To Western Europe (Such as France, UK, Finland, Germany, Sweden):
First 500g $198 HKD (Appr. $26 USD),

every 500g after $48 HKD (Appr. $6 USD)
